The Group Coaching experience taps into the creative side of your brain by inspiring your exploration of options and increasing your exposure to new solutions. Here you will engage in an interactive and reflective process that leverages the social dynamic of different perspectives and personalities.

Group Coaching capitalizes on the richness of sharing human experiences, resources and support. By participating in a collective coaching space with others, you will experience a cross-pollination of ideas, hear a multitude of different perspectives and draw out successful strategies that will launch you into new opportunities.

Group Coaching can also be a more affordable format, when budget is an issue, since the cost of coaching is shared between participants.

Group Coaching is also available for privately scheduled programs for self-organized groups or organizations with up to 30% discount. Ask us for more info!

Work-related stress and resulting burnout have been called the health epidemic of the 21st century, by the World Health Organization. These conditions impact every part of your physical, social and psychological self and can have dramatic effects on your sense of self and purpose.

This 4-session group coaching series is uniquely designed to support Humanitarians in addressing Stress and Burnout within their complex contexts, and in making positive changes to lead healthy, more fulfilling and balanced lives.

Duration: 4 x 75-minute online group sessions

Group Size: 6-10 participants

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Designed with a core set of modules to support participants in a natural progression. As each group develops their own unique dynamic, there is an opportunity to adapt and customize the modules throughout the program.

In this focused small-group environment you will engage in a series of customized engagements that support your learning and application of tools, techniques and strategies to improve your sense of well-being, strengthen your resilience and restore your efficacy. We will work together to build practical skills for managing work-related stress, nurturing personal confidence, and maintaining professional poise along the way.

In addition to the weekly group coaching sessions, you will receive:

  • Access to pre- and post-session Q&A time for more informal community-building

  • Course hand-outs and readings for a deeper dive in self-reflection and application

  • Individual support in-between sessions to address personal questions and challenges

  • Links to session recordings to facilitate continued personal growth and development

Humanitarian Support Coaching

How Group Coaching Works:

Group Coaching is an interactive community learning experience conducted in weekly online sessions, and includes individual support in-between meetings. We share experiences and lessons learned, set goals to get you moving and follow-up with accountability that will get you optimum results,

Group Coaching Programs typically run for 6 weeks, and are offered in several time/day options to accommodate a wide span of time zones. Programs are ran several times throughout the year, so if you miss the dates of the next upcoming Group Coaching Program that you’re interested in, there is a good chance it will be offered again in a few weeks.

Group Coaching Programs are also available for private scheduling for self-organized groups or organizations. Message me for more information.
